Operational Guidelines for Effective Collection Procedures
If you’re new or inexperienced in collections procedures, how do you know where to begin?

Get off to a solid start with credit union lending expert Rick Menton in this workshop, packed with operational guidelines for a methodical, organized approach to credit union collections. Even experienced collectors can get valuable tips and techniques for handling delinquent loans and accounts.

Mr. Menton will utilize real life “war stories” from his years of collections experience to emphasize and highlight information.  Case studies and group exercises are integrated in the program.

About the presenter, Rick Menton: 
Rick Menton is the president of Menton Consulting, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Prior to forming his company, Rick spent 23 years with the Oklahoma and Minnesota Credit Union Leagues in senior management positions.  Additionally, he has worked as a marketing executive, lender, and collector for credit unions and consumer finance companies.

For the past several years, Rick has received outstanding reviews as the presenter of CCUL’s one-day Basic Lending Seminar and Consumer Lending 101 webinar.  Rick has made presentations in 48 states for state credit union trade associations and credit unions.  Additionally, he has made presentations for CUNA, the World Council of Credit Unions, and the Combined Council of Auto Credit Unions.

Financial Assistance: Credit unions in need of financial assistance in order to participate are encouraged to check with their state league for scholarship opportunities.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least two (2) days prior to the seminar date to be eligible for a refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations received less than two days before the seminar. Replacements are always welcome to attend.

Once we receive your registration, we will send you instructions via the email address provided on how to participate, including the eTrain program's call number, code, and the WebEx Event Manager link.
