Operational Guidelines for Effective Collection Procedures Get off to a solid start with credit union lending expert Rick Menton in this workshop, packed with operational guidelines for a methodical, organized approach to credit union collections. Rick has made presentations in 48 states for state credit union trade associations and credit unions.
